What does the Open House Day involve?
Twice a year the NVM (Dutch Association of Estate Agents) organizes the national Open House Day. This happens both in the spring and in the fall. On this day, the doors are literally opened for house seekers. If you participate in the Open House Day, house hunters can view your home without an appointment. So you are like a real estate agent for one day on Saturday, September 30!

It is common knowledge that the Open House Day generates more than 100,000 visits throughout the Netherlands. It is a free opportunity for the seller to put the selling house in the spotlight.
